So after alot of waiting I am happy to present to you the latest mock-up for the MUP yearbook Cephalophobia.
Cephalophobia
We are still looking for submissions, here are the submission guidelines. We will take virtually anything that you wish to give us from fiction to academic styled articles. Chad and I will begin parsing through the forums for some posts to use. So some of you guys will be getting a PM for your permission.
We are still looking at a January/February release, and of course this is going to be freee!

That looks really good. The style, layout and presentation are very very nice. They make some paid for gaming books I own look very shabby by comparison (no names!).
Keep up the good work guys.

Thanks! The bulk of the praise goes to Scriven here on the forums. Without his skills this thing would have been determinedly less awesome, read as bad.Citysliker wrote:That looks really good. Thanks for the shout out -- glad you like what you've seen so far. Again, these are just VERY preliminary layouts to give a sense of the presentation we're shooting for. The real heavy lifting is all in the editorial process. Kudos to Murf for lining up such great cover art from the enormously talented Ian MacLean.
I think I'm correct in saying that one of the real points of this project is to simply celebrate the evolution of the Miskatonic University Podcast and the active, supportive and remarkably collegial community that's grown up around it and CoC in general. All the more reason (aside from lack of time!) to move to a "yearbook" format rather than a quarterly publication. In any case, just listen to the latest MUP episode about Keeper Dan's time at GenCon and Murf and Chad's time at NecronomiCon -- Murf in particular waxes eloquent on how rewarding it is to make these kinds of connections through the medium of the podcast and the game. Said it better there than ever I could.
So, yes -- please submit your stuff!
