I was poking through an antiques place and found a bunch of old phonographic cylinders. It made me wonder if anyone had digitized this music.

Try that out for music for your party scene or casual listening. All contemporary and very likely to be rights free after all this time.

The following is the link to the full text of the book "Strange New Gospels" a 1931 account of a number of fraudulent texts that purported to be 'lost' parts of the Bible, one of these "The Archko Volume" in it's original 1884 version actually contains material copied from "Ben-Hur", which got the author of "The Archko Volume" in a lot of trouble.

Either text could be a useful source for tome ideas, the first book in particular provides ideas for circulation/publication of such texts.
