Great. The reason I went this way is that I didn't see "Interpreter" in the list of occupations in the rule book, so I tried to come up with a character concept that would logically have the needed languages and could fill the role. Let me know if there's a better way to do this (e.g. create a new occupation "Interpreter" altogether). I'm pretty new to ToC and might be missing some options. I could also be over thinking this.

One alternative is to make him a Linguistics prof at Miskatonic, but I think your idea works fine as well.

Ah yes. That makes even more sense. I might go that route instead.

Not that I know of -- I would maybe make sure the names of all of your threads for your game start the same way? That way it'll be easier find related threads quickly. If we get a lot of PbP games going eventually, players will have a lot of threads to sort through. Luckily, it works to subscribe to the threads, so you can get a notification when something new pops up in your game.

BTW, I've finished my character. Should I post his stats here? I've assumed a two person party in regards to assigning my investigative build points (24 points). I can wait to see if others join the game if you'd like.

Is there still room for new players? I'd be interested in playing one of the guards (probably Army).
