- A decadent speakeasy on Parsonage Street. A frayed rope descends through a hole cut into the floor.
- The Miskatonic University Exhibit Museum on College Street. Several corpses surround a bizarre idol, recently acquired by an expedition to Mesopotamia.
- An abandoned mill six miles northwest of Arkham. A mutilated corpse is tied to a chair.
- The Prosper farm, three miles northeast of Arkham. The field has been abused by colossal hooves and strewn with trampled corpses.
- A derelict warehouse on River Street. Several corpses are chained to the walls, completely drained of blood.
- The Miskatonic University Library on College Street. Someone has scrawled "Beware the shadows" on the wall.
- St. Mary's Hospital on West Street. A concealed trapdoor in the morgue leads down to a labyrinth of hewn tunnels encrusted with grave mold.
- On the road to Innsmouth. The corpse of a man hangs from a covered bridge, covered with a foul slime mold.
- The Kelvin farm, about a mile northeast of Arkham. The farmer's plow has unearthed a colossal stone engraved with impossible geometric patterns.
- A derelict fishing boat docked at Innsmouth. A corpse lies on the deck, warped and deformed almost beyond recognition.

- Somewhere deep within the French Alps. A blade-like spire of quartz stands here, engraved with endless spirals.
- A gloomy alley in Manchester, England. Someone has scrawled "Never sleep" on a wall.
- An ancient tomb beneath the Cathedral of Notre-Dame in Paris, France. Several corpses are impaled on jagged spears of stone, each branded with a different eldritch symbol.
- A winding alley in Edinburgh, Scotland. A trail of blood leads to an open manhole.
- A grand theatre in Toulouse, France. An entire wall has been torn away by some terrible force.
- A derelict home in Venice, Italy. A corpse is chained to a wall, its flesh engraved with bizarre glyphs.
- A burnt-out castle in the Rhein River valley of Germany. There is an abandoned motorcar here, surrounded by bullet casings.
- A ruined abbey near London, England. A corpse lies on the floor, cruelly tortured to death.
- A labyrinthine private library in Munich, Germany. Someone has scrawled a map of strange stars and constellations on the wall.
- The Biblioteca Nacional de Espana in Madrid, Spain. The library is warded against intruders by a phantasmal guardian, bound to an eldritch tome.
alien worlds (aka paul atreides gets eaten by a dhole)

- Llachanath, an eldritch world of writhing forests and oceans of foul slime beneath a sky of lightning. A blade-like spire of diamond stands here, filled with continually shifting colors.
- Yiggubbosh, a fell world of dark forests and vast wastes. A monstrous city looms ahead, inhabited by vampiric shape-shifting creatures.
- Gheemogua, an ancient world of thorny forests and deserts of shattered bone lit by a cold and distant sun. It is inhabited by malevolent reptilian creatures which worship Daoloth.
- Yngagoth, a doomed world of thorny forests and desiccating wastes lit by a baleful red sun. A bizarre tower stands here, each stone engraved with eldritch glyphs.
- Kad-Rhaggua, a vast world of writhing jungles and mires of noxious ooze lit by a cold and distant sun. A shifting mass of living nightmare lurks in a pit, amidst sickening ooze and vapors.
not as happy with this set, i think because of the repetitiveness of the format. also, none of them so far worship me. oh well.

- A hewn cavern beneath the Fimbulheimen of Antarctica. The floor is flooded with an alien ichor.
- An ancient tomb beneath the ruins of Chichen Itza in the Yucatan Peninsula. The corpse of a willowy woman hangs from above, her flesh engraved with alien symbols.
- An uncharted island in the Arabian Sea. A trail of blood leads into a dark lake surrounded by a miasma of noxious vapors.
- A somber private library in Cardiff, Wales. A metal cylinder with three curious sockets set in a triangle has been left upon a desk.
- Somewhere deep within the Australian Outback. An oasis of thin water reflects strange stars and constellations.
- A neglected workhouse in London, England. A locked steel cabinet contains a yithian temporal communicator.
- A river gorge in the Andes Mountains of Venezuela. Nine large blocks of stone stand here, arranged in a V-pattern.
- A derelict farm near Dublin, Ireland. A massive crater has been blasted in the field, exposing an ancient obsidian cyst, now broken open.
- A cluttered antiquarian shop in Alexandria, Egypt. A copy of The Lost Continent lies open on the desk, next to a journal of notes and translations.
- Somewhere deep within the Great Salt Desert of Persia. A trail of strange marks leads to the entrance to an ancient subterranean city.
