I'm kind of going through a GMing crisis of faith right now, and this link really struck a chord. GMing is still a learning process for me, and it's great to hear from a master (Detwiller wrote one of my favourite scenarios, Music from a Darkened Room) about not only what the nature of the Call of Cthulhu RPG is from a GM's operating perspective, but also gives me some goals to aim for.
