If it's the one I'm thinking about (need to find it in the mess of books in my spare room), then it's a collection of linked stories from prior DG publications. It follows a broad story arc, and I enjoyed reading it, though I felt the overall tone was a little too content, the ending not as bleak as you'd expect from DG.
Check the contents page on Amazon and compare to the other DG fiction books you already have to make sure you're buying new work. Even if it's on,y a couple of new stories I'd recommend it.

Since this post I've signed up for the Delta Green Kickstarter which includes the previous tales for a nominal sum.

Likewise, I've supported the DG fiction Kickstarter, at the $30 level so I'm looking forward to the ebook *and* playtesting the new DG rpg alpha!
Actually as a petty vindictive keeper I'm really just looking forward to hurting my players in new and exciting ways within a contemporary setting. In fact it's already started...
Player: "can I have a tank please?"
Me: "yes... You now have an M1, fully fuelled, armed and equipped, along with competent driver, mechanic and gunner."
Player: "uh-oh... is it in a breathable atmosphere?"
Me: "the air outside is crisp and clear... background radiation is minimal and the tank's life support system and environmental controls are working perfectly."
Player: " ... errrr, somewhere the tank can actually go places, right? I mean we're not in the middle of an ocean or up a steep mountain?"
Me: "no oceans, no mountains ... just a plateau... a nice big plateau."
Player: " ... crap."
