Yay! I was just getting back into posting more regularly when it went down. It's probably all my fault lol.
Good to be back online, thanks for your efforts.

Wow thank you Cthulhu for letting the keepers get the site back up.
Yes, I may have sacrificed a virgin to help in getting great Cthulhu to allow the site to come back up.
Oh and we may have to make this a quarterly ritual.

Yay!
There has been a lot of work and fretting going on behind the scenes, folks. Trying to get the site back up pretty much became a full time job for Dan early this week, and Murph has pitched in a lot as well. I'll let them speak for themselves about what's going on, but they both deserve kudos for Herculean efforts.
Very glad to see people posting again right away. There's always a worry that site outages will shoo people away.
Thanks to everyone for hanging in there!

Murf and I are working to move the MUP site from the current host that breaks when someone sneezes, to a Virtual Private Server. This is a more expensive option, but it will be well worth it.
What we're working out is when we want to move completely. Currently as of September 13) we're on the old site with a partial copy on the new VPS.
What I want to do is rebuild the main site and integrate the forum. As it is, these are two separate installations of WordPress and PHPBB. This will be a process staged in phases after the current infrastructure is moved.
We have a bunch of content I need to edit. We have the GenCon ep, a talk with Jon about his con experience, and a regular episode with Brian Sammons. I hope to get Brian's episode done asap, as the GC episode will take a while to edit from the audio pieces that comprise the whole thing.

We are now living on the new Server Murf built! There are still some bugs to squash regarding the WordPress front end, but the forum here seems to be pretty stable. Let me or Murf know if you encounter issues.

I just saw a bunch of Nike ad postings that I used the "!" button to report as spam.
