Putting up an avatar question

Having issues with the link to an avatar. I'm used to uploading pics from my desktop.
Anyway, I had a pic or two at Infrno but it wouldn't let me do it. Any ideas how to fix this one? The errors I get are kind of vague so not sure about my next step.

It told me the URL is invalid.
I pasted a pic from my Infrno account section of pics.

Looking into it, I think that it may have something to do with the site the file is on. When I click on the link you provided, I get this error- "This user's profile is not public. You'll need to create an account and log in to access it." If I can't see the graphics in my browser, then the forum won't be able to either.
I enabled uploading of avatars to the forum. If it ends up being an issue, then I may have to disable it again, but let's see of this works out better for the community.

Thanks, Dan. I'll play around with it and see if I can get it working. Gotta remember how to shrink pics down, too.
EDIT: so I found a webpage that makes it easy but no idea how to get the pic any bigger compared to some of you others. I'm at the maximum according to the requirements. Fooling around with avatars a bit more. Let me know if it looks okay. Thanks.
