That's marvellous to hear! Thank you!

I try to write very open-ended scenarios, mainly because I'm lazy and like running the same scenario multiple times at conventions. If it goes differently each time, it stops me getting bored after I've run it a few times.

Funny enough, just before this episode was posted I got Stealing Cthulhu and Fairyland. Still waiting on the HC of Stealing but I did start reading Fairyland and while I'm not very far in it yet, I do like the fact that it uses Cthulhu Dark. I hope there will be more scenarios for CD, as I love the simplicity of it.

Graham and I have discussed doing some more scenarios. I still have some research to do, but I have a few ideas I want to try out soon.

I played in Dr. Gerard's first go-round with Fairlyand, and thought it was outstanding -- creepy and melancholy at the same time. At least that's the way it played out for us. Good writing, indeed.

Agreed...the impetus for the players felt genuine, the town was believable, and I think this is an especially potent scenario for players who are parents themselves.

I really enjoyed this episode of the podcast, as well. It felt a little more relaxed, as the episodes with guests tend to be. I'll have to take my players on a side-trip to the Big Easy in the near future...

Enjoyed this one quite a bit. Thanks.

I may be tempted to "steal" the city ghouls for my San Francisco campaign. :)

Shannon, the folks down in the Big Easy are stoked that you like the idea. Please feel free to improve on it and post what you learn.

More from New Orleans is on the way.
