If not, would you ever incorporate them in future games and how would you use them? My thought is that the game would have to be set in modern time...

Re: The Call of Cthulhu film (2005)

What are your thought's on playing without a written scenario? "Winging it" if you will. The keeper I played with is a Lovecraft fan, and has read the Keeper's Manual, so he knows the creatures and the stats, but he's essentially making up the scenario as we go. The Future of Tabletop Gaming
With the advent and growing popularity of Tablet/Smartphone technology, I wondered if any of you have found a good virtual/editable character sheet to use on such devices. Or if you know any app makers who are currently working on a Call of Cthulhu Tabletop companion app. An ideal app would contain ...

Where horror abounds under toe.
You thought he was dead,
But he's back in his bed,
And he waits for the right stars to glow.

Re: Introduce Yourself
This makes me so happy to hear that folks who have never played an RPG before are giving it a try. This hobby has been such a wonderful source of friendship and entertainment for me over the last 20+ years, and I'm thrilled to help bring it to new people. Wordcraftian, I apologize for the poor mann...

Hello, my handle is Wordcraftian chosen to represent my love of writing, crafting words, and the obvious nod to "Lovecraftian" inspiration. I've been a listener since episode one, where I happened to stumble upon it whilst searching iTunes for Lovecraftian Podcasts. Prior to listening to this Podcas...
