Re: Not really Fiction - Scenario musings
Is there any way to make those a fallible PDF? Thats over my head but there are so many of these things that would be a wonderful addition if a Keeper could customize them for players....

Re: Art v. Craft: The Skill Off!
You know it has occurred to me that since they both have the same base you could just combine it to Arts and Crafts and not have to split hairs over whether Cooking is an Art or a Craft. I mean some things are obvious but a lot of things are more of an "In the eye of the beholder." kind of thing. It...

Re: Huh? He looks evil.
My roommate and me were playing a couple of gangsters, the Bishop Brothers, one time and our Keeper who liked high player attrition and insanity had failed to get us after like three games. Huh? He looks evil.

Re: Most Ridiculous Equipment
I just started my first CoC table, and have never been a DM of any sort in the past. We have had one session and are having our second tomorrow. Re: Share Your Characters Here
We had a Keeper once who wanted to run a game where a group of monsters had teamed up because they liked this world like it was and were not on-board with the Mythos driven villains. In part it was because the Keeper he played with before was super lethal and he wanted us to have characters that cou...

Re: Share Your Characters Here
There are about a page and a half of notes I can't find on his first and only adventure as an investigator but I had a lot of fun playing him and if anyone can make use of him that would be great. Call of Cthulhu 1920’s Name: Chase Johnson Occupation: Cowboy Str: 17 Dex: 14 Int: 13 Idea: 65 Sex: M A...

Re: A history of violence
My grandfather once told me that it was common for men to carry a pocket pistol up until the 30's or 40's. While in some places he said it was illegal that it was rarely enforced. And he could remember as a kid seeing Tommyguns for sale at the hardware store of our small town.
