Re: Anyone out there ...
Awesome! I'd love to live in Vancouver if I could afford it...it's a gorgeous city filled with culture. You get the best of both the mountains and the ocean! I'm fairly certain there are at least a couple of British Columbians kicking around here.

Re: MUP 101 - No Accounting for that Fella's Strength
One of the arguments made during the (surprisingly controversial) discussion about multiplying characteristics by 5 was that characteristics for monsters are never rolled. I don't think this is the case. The rules permit a PC's skills to exceed 100 (though 00 is always a fumble). Increasing a skill...

Re: The Mist - Movie
Nice! Glad you got to see this one, it's always an awesome surprise when someone discovers a film or book after the hype around it has quieted. Re: Very short scenarios?
Just a post event summary: Jon's demo scenario was overwhelmingly well-received! I ran it once in each camp session for 5 players and 6 players, respectively. Even though a large portion of players were new to CoC, they instinctively did what CoC players do, and decided to investigate everything in ...

Very short scenarios?
Hey folks, I'm hoping you can help me track down a scenario that could ideally be run in 1-1.5hrs. In addition to regular sessions, the directors at Epic Nerd Camp were hoping I could run an introductory demo of 7e in one of their morning slots. I could always just whip something up, but I've alread...
