Re: 210 - The Happiness of Happi Valli (One-Shot)
Is there any follow-up to what was actually going on? Have a fair idea but its always nice to hear from the tentacled horses mouth!

Re: A Victim Of The Art 07 & 08
It was a great adventure, I liked it a lot. Kudos to you good sir!The ending had a good feeling to it, it was cinematic and I think the internal kitten was creepy and effective just a shame there wasn't time for it to escape its new home. The image of a tiny kitten protruding from someone's chest li...

Re: A Good One Shot for Newbies
I like the Shadows Over Scotland book from Cubicle 7's Cthulhu Britannica it has some great one-shots and the 3 adventures in Ripples Of Carcosa works across 3 time periods and work as one-shots or a mini-campaign

Re: A Victim Of The Art 07 & 08
Another possibility would be that the investigator hears a meow. It starts off just just once. But then as time goes on another meow for awhile longer. And so it goes until all they can hear is meow accompanied by sanity rolls. The kittens are made by blessing the kitten to Bast, then almost drownin...

Nice! Had wondered just, it almost felt Paranoia-esque in its surreal weapon like quality! Had almost expected the kitten to grow into giant mutant kitten but stomach burrowing is actually more horrific!

Re: A Victim Of The Art 07 & 08
AS there is a lack of threads about the last episodes can I ask what the Kittens in jars were? I may have had a brain fart just and zoned out during the explanation but I'm intrigued!

Re: Who Would You Want Most At Your Table?
For me: MR James (love his ghost stories, reckon he'd do well with the sense of doom!) John Carpenter (a lot of his films featured in my formative years) Bill Bailey (humour is important to me in my games and he's surreal enough to get into it) Jenna Coleman (she... Well.... She's hot... Sorry I'm s...

Re: Will you upgrade to 7E or do a blend per this video chap
I reckon we'll switch. We have switched to World War Cthulhu anyway so I've been adding rules such as advantage/disadvantage dice, the luck mechanic and in a small way the change to resistance rolls. The only thing I won't be changing is the to the firearms skill, as its WWC it has a lot of speciali...

Re: How do you handle difficult players?
I think a lot of it boils down to how your relationship is with that player. If they are a casual acquaintance then I would feel ok about casting them off and suggesting they find a different group, if they don't change after you speak to them. Communication is key. If there's a an issue, talk abou...
