Book 2, p. 186 (map): This map uses both miles and metres. I suggest metres be changed to yards to avoid mixing Imperial and metric measurements and to maintain consistency with other maps, also marked in yards. Book 2, p. 107 (map): 'de', 'du', 'des' in French take a small 'd', so Gare du Nord, for example, not 'Gare Du Nord'.

Assuming that the Traveler's Companion is supposed to have been written by a British author, it should use British English e.g. traveller with two l's. You could make the same point about some of the handouts, e.g. London Handout #2 on p. 14 of Book II. A UK newspaper would say 'neighbouring', not '...
