Re: MU Podcast 16- Brain Jars and Jackson Elias
Great show! I think the gaming advice here will be helpful to any keeper and player. I am most interested in Dr. Gerard's lecture about Southeast Asian mythical creatures/monsters. It was fascinating to hear about my Asian neighbor's version of a "demon" baby. It is correct that here in the Philippi...

Re: A history of violence
I was wondering about this myself ever since a player and I got into a friendly argument about gun laws in the 1920s. Here is the entry in the 1920s Investigator's Companion that could help you out. Firearms and the Law HANDGUNS, RIFLES, and shotguns are sold over the counter in most parts of the U....

Is the EDU score multiplied by 3 (making it easier to succeed) or is the roll multiplied by 3 (making it hard to succeed)? Are there any other ways of modifying a skill check?

Re: First board game love?
I discovered hobby board games only a few years ago too. Having an interest in military history, I gravitated towards board wargames especially the old games from Avalon Hill, SPI, GDW, Victory Games, etc. The one game that I really love and play a lot these days is Advanced Squad Leader.

Re: Horror On The Orient Express on Kickstarter
I pledged to get the FIRST CLASS stuff and really hopeful of the outcome of final product. 2 years ago, I bought the original game second hand without the box and the sedefkar simulacrum missing a leg but everything else was complete and clean. Will surely do a comparison of both products.

Re: Introduce Yourself
Hi all, My name is Vlad and I'm from Manila, Philippines. My gaming experience started in the mid 80s with AD&D and Basic D&D along with PC gaming. Soon, college and work took over, my original gaming friends also moved on to other things and the interest for RPGs was shelved while I really got into...
