Re: MUP Intro translation project
I would like to do it in French if it hasn`t been done yet. But I would like a transcript of the lines. So I can enter them in a translator to get the translation correct.

Re: How to win at Cthulhu
Indeed I enjoyed it. What I find cautionary about it is you need to becareful when you are a "tough" GM. Too much of that and you will lose players. But what I found incredible was the fact that the GM didn`t lose players. In fact how cool would it be as a GM to have a player like Old Man Henderson?...

How to win at Cthulhu
A friend of mine came accross this. I am sure it is known but not by me. I had a great time reading this cautionary tale.

Cool San mechanic borrowed from Dread
Hey Guys, So I was listening to Happy Jacks RPG Podcast, don`t get jealous I listen to 20+ rpg podcasts ;) . Anyhoo the last listener email by a guy named Brad tells of a very cool San mechanic he used for his Trail of Cthulhu game. He borrowed the Jenga tower mechanic from the horror rpg Dread. In ...

Re: Cthulhu Now campaign idea
I think I found the systems guys. Esoterrorists by Robin D Laws. I will also use the Mythos stuff from Trail of Cthulhu since it uses the same system no converting just cut and paste!

Re: Cthulhu Now campaign idea
I have three different game groups I may end up proposing this game to. Not at the same time :o So I may need to make my choice of system depending on which group. So what I seem to understand is go with CoC/BRP if I want gritty, and go with Gumshoe/ToC if I want more action/pulp? The 5th unit would...

Cthulhu Now campaign idea
So I am new to the boards and relatively new to Cthulhu. I have owned Delta Green and I own a 5.3 version of CoC. I have been gaming for 20+ years but Cthulhu games have never really been a big hit for my group. I was wondering if a campaign idea I have has legs. So the idea I had would be to run a ...
