Relic Radio
This seemed like the proper place to put this. One of the things I listen to when preparing to run a CoC game is some of the stuff put out by Relic Radio. Well the Horror is one of my favorite stations that they have out there and this past week they put out "Poltergeist" from Lights Out. I can only...

Yep Harn, thanks Jon. I love hearing about games that I knew nothing about. I'll check them out.

Re: Starfall Actual Play Recording
You are quite welcome Jon. With most games I do not run written scenarios, but this one was so well written I had to run it. That is one thing that CoC in general has that other games do not seem to have, organic well written scenarios that handle the fact that players NEVER go the way the scenario ...

Re: MU Podcast 061- Dark Times on the Road to Leng
One of the things I like about the setting is the fact that people are so superstitious and have such large fears about things they do not understand in the world as it is. I feel that this is a great bit of groundwork for a CoC setting to build from. I have ran a few games set in the Dark Ages. One...

Starfall Actual Play Recording
I've shared this over on Google+, but have not shared it here. Weekend before last I ran Starfall over the Plateau of Leng, well the first half it. I have it up now on my Actual Play site so I'll post a link here if anyone wants to hear a live play of this awesome game. So here it is: http://gmbaal....

Re: MUP Community Audio- CthulhuTech- Voidwalkers
I had a lot of fun running the game. I enjoy it. The system is a bit crunchy, but once you get past the learning curve it levels out quite a bit. The setting is just great. I enjoyed Void quite a bit as well. The system for that was more akin to Shadowrun. The setting is very rich, I want to run a n...

Re: Music For Lovecraftians
One that I have to mention is "Necronomicon" by Nox Arcana... Nox Arcana stuff in general is great but they have a whole album of Lovecraftian goodness. Midnight Syndicate is another great selection. Then depending on what you are going for soundtracks for different movies with the sound and mood yo...

Re: MU Podcast 045 - You got your Mythos in my Cyber Punk!
Giallo films are some of my favorite films. 4 Flies on Grey Velvet and Deep Red are among some of my favorites. I did not realize that they were called Giallo films until this show. Another great one is Pieces and Baba Yaga are another couple of great ones. Very stylistic artsy, crazy. Great show gu...

Re: MUP 044 - What a Twist!
Loved the episode. Twists have to be done carefully. I agree to the general item of if it is a major deal, leave the bread crumbs, but don't be too obvious with them. The best example I have for a major twist that went over really well, but completely shocked everyone was in a Malifaux RPG that I ra...
