Re: Volunteer voice over reading?

How did it go? The convention just finished up yesterday, President's Day weekend. Your recording was an absolute hit with the players! Thanks again for making it. I had requests to play it again as well as a few GMs asking me what company I used to get it made. Hopefully I can send you a couple of...

Re: Volunteer voice over reading?

I enjoyed the playtest for that one, Tyson. I'll be curious to see how it turns out at DDC. Too bad you can't try for my Pendragon game but that's the con circuit! I've made some changes based on your suggestions so it should be a bit more deadly and have some better NPCs. The longer time slot shou...

Re: Volunteer voice over reading?

Sorry about the delayed follow-up. I had checked out a bit over the holidays. Yep the recording is for a convention over President's Day, DunDraCon in the San Francisco Bay Area. The game just got scheduled at 4pm on Sunday which coincides with a lot of other people's CoC games Should be fun and if ...

Re: Automatic Weapons in 6E

I like the way you did it in the game with number of bullet hits but I think I'd do the recoil or it makes it too easy to hit so I'd probably use recoil and drop each bullet bonus to 3%. That's still a +30% if one does a full burst and also makes it easy to drop PCs if the Keeper is feeling especia...

Re: Automatic Weapons in 6E

This is what I have gathered from all the supplements that I have found that cover it: 6E Call of Cthulhu For each shot fired in a burst raise the chance to hit by 5%. Cannot more than double attacker's chance Roll a die for how many bullets hit (8 shots= 1d8, 10 =1d10, etc) Only first bullet can im...

Re: Volunteer voice over reading?

Sorry for the delay and thanks for the reply. I'm looking to have a someone read in American English, hopefully in a slight southern accent, recordings of a 1970s writer on assignment in the Amazon. Looking for a gonzo journalism/Hunter S. Thompson vibe. The script is a total of 750 words. It spans ...
